Sharion is the backbone of the company, with experience in the automotive industry since 1980 and in the glass industry since 1991.
Her strongest points are her high level of customer satisfaction, her ability to schedule the appointments and organize the company’s busy service schedule. When you call, chances are you will talk with her.

Meet Co-Owner Michelle Douglas
Michelle has been in the automotive industry since 1986 and in the automotive glass industry since 1997. This background gives her increased knowledge in the day-to-day operations of serving her clients. Michelle is also in charge of sales and backs up her office staff with the incoming service calls.
She is the technical portion of the staff, keeping the computers up and running and managing the company’s service software. Says Michelle of the company’s high ethical policy: “We are here to provide the best quality and service of auto glass repair.”
Her philosophy: “Your safety is of the utmost importance to us.”
Meet Tricia Collins
Tricia business background includes bookkeeping, which she utilizes to keep the company’s books. Part of her background includes delivery driving. Through this experience, she has learned the streets of the area well. She knows the best routes for our mobile service repair vehicles. Additionally, she answers the phone, takes orders and sets up appointments.

Our dedicated service staff’s combined 25 years of experience means they know how to help you. They are experienced with current and old vehicles. They’ll take the best and quickest routes to reach you. Our staff even includes a “semi” specialist and old car specialist.
